Reviews and Ratings
I was thrilled with my stay at the hotel! The rooms were huge, with three separate bedrooms, a full kitchen, a fireplace, and a great view. However, they were just 'ok' and lacked basic storage amenities for ski gear. The service was fantastic, with really helpful and friendly staff. The location couldn't have been better, right on the edge of Whistler village, offering easy access to all the attractions the area has to offer. Although the dining wasn't included, it was excellent when we tried it in the restaurant. Overall, a great experience worth the price.
The hotel rooms were basic with a few amenities such as a deluxe king bed, Keurig coffeemaker, iron and ironing board, safe, small refrigerator, and flat screen cable TV. However, there were some limitations for my son's equipment, and the high up window had no blind. The hotel is small, with the bare minimum of amenities and lacks color.
The hotel is a comfortable and quiet spot located in front of the pool. The rooms are big and comfortable, close to the ice machine making it convenient. The service was very helpful and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay with quick solutions to any issues. The location is great, quiet yet close to everything, perfect for walking to Whistler village. The dining options are across the street, though a bit pricey, so it might not suit all budgets. The facilities are well-maintained, offering all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were a bit too simple and felt a little tight for the price, but they did come with great amenities like a deluxe king bed, Keurig coffeemaker, iron and ironing board, safe, small refrigerator, and flat-screen cable TV. I appreciated the option to join rooms with the next-door one for added security. The service varied from pleasant to somewhat disinterested due to a bike event keeping the staff occupied. The location was superb, just a 2-minute walk from Whistler village center, offering easy access to all the action. However, the room had some drawbacks like stained carpeting and a single sink in a busy bathroom. Dining had its highs and lows, from poor options for the price to an excellent meal in the restaurant on the first morning. Overall, it was a stay with both positives and negatives to consider.
My stay at the hotel was amazing with such an amazing view from my room. The hotel is perfectly located, close to Whistler Village with numerous stores and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. However, the service was friendly but not very knowledgeable and the dining options were not ideal.
The hotel rooms overlooking the main road were nice, with a pleasant hot tub and pool, though the ground-floor view was lacking as it overlooked the parking and busy walkway. The service was friendly, accommodating, and swiftly dealt with noise complaints. The location was fair, close to main facilities but lacked quality Bluetooth speakers. The dining experience was okay but overpriced for the offerings. Despite some downsides, the facilities were well-maintained and useful.
I had a nice stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfy, and the location was fantastic, close to everything in Whistler village. The service was good, but there were some minor issues. Overall, a great value for the price.
The hotel was a nice option with a good location close to dining spots. The rooms were clean and cozy, but lacked storage for ski gear. The service was friendly with some minor disinterest noted. The location was convenient for us, away from the noisy center. The dining experience was mixed, but the grilled fish stood out. Overall, a nice stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel offers a mix of good and not-so-good aspects. The service is excellent, especially during specific events, although the room setup might affect privacy. The location is convenient, a short distance from key attractions, with a balance of quietness and accessibility. However, the dining options may be overpriced for what they offer.
The hotel is a nice place to stay with spacious rooms offering mountain views and an early check-in option. The high ceilings add to the room's charm. The service provided is friendly and helpful, including assistance with printing boarding passes, although there was a lack of acknowledgment for returning guests. The location, while not central, is enjoyable and close to shops and the highway, making it a peaceful choice away from the bustling village center. The dining experience, although starting late and somewhat expensive, features local dishes in a separate building across the road. Overall, a pleasant stay with modern amenities and convenient access to favorite dining spots.
